Titanium UNS R50250 Bars and Rods are commercially pure titanium products known for their excellent corrosion resistance, high strength-to-weight ratio, and outstanding formability. Composed of approximately 99.5% titanium, with small amounts of carbon (0.08%), oxygen (0.2%), iron (0.18%), nitrogen (0.03%), and hydrogen (0.015%), this grade offers exceptional ductility, making it easy to fabricate and weld. Titanium Grade 1 is highly resistant to corrosion in both oxidizing and mildly reducing environments, making it ideal for applications in industries such as aerospace, medical, marine, and chemical processing.
